This is one of the most important buildings in Velké náměstí (the Main Square) and it still serves its original purpose. Today it is the seat of Kroměříž town offices. This originally one-storey building has been renovated several times and in the middle of the 19th century the second floor, a balcony and a grand staircase were added. On the ground floor there is a memorial plaque of Bishop Karel II of Lichtenstein-Castelkorn documenting the renovation in the 17th century.
